"Bidwell

Created in 2017, the BFA Scholarship is available to students graduating from high school and entering a two or four year college or university, or a trade or vocational school. Past recipients of the scholarship include:

  • 2025 - Maxwell George Bidwell Moggy - Ontario, Canada
  • 2024 - Kelsey Pries - Polk City, IA
  • 2023 - Alyson Rinker - Avoca PA
  • 2021 - Kelsey Holt - Exton, PA
  • 2020 - Mia Natale - Dayton, OH
  • 2019 - Hamilton Gray - Wallingford, CT
  • 2018 - Nicholas Natale - Centerville, OH

Completed applications should be returned to the Bidwell Family Association NO LATER than May 15, 2026.

Criteria

Complete the application form below and include the following items:

  • A high school transcript or copy of grades to-date
  • Two recommendations from student's school or employer
  • Proof of Bidwell relationship. Applicant must be a Bidwell descendant by birth, adoption, or step-child of a Bidwell descendant
  • Submit a 250-750 word essay entitled, "My Bidwell Roots"
